Children's Ministry Director
The Field Church of Mandeville, LA is looking for a humble and competent leader to become their new Children’s Ministry Director. This person must have vocational ministry experience, sound biblical theology, and be passionate about helping children & their families grow to love Jesus, serve Him, and share Him with others. The ideal candidate is one who takes initiative, possesses personal & professional integrity, and shows intentionality in all areas of their life.
The new Children’s Ministry Director will be a full-time, salaried member of The Field Church staff, whose ministerial focus will include (but is not limited to) the following areas:
Caring for and actively building relationships with children and parents/guardians
Overseeing the teaching of biblical truth from God’s Word to children
Facilitating family discipleship
Cultivating a loving, safe, and attractive environment for children’s ministry
Building volunteer teams & equipping them to carry out children’s ministry
Thinking for the future growth & development of The Field Church and its Children’s Ministry

The Field Church is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented person to become the new Assimilation Director. This individual will be responsible for facilitating the involvement of all visitors, attenders, and covenant members of our body, and creating a hospitable environment at The Field Church. The ideal candidate is one who is not only organized and able to manage data, but also warm, personable, and people-oriented.
The new Assimilation Director will receive a salary as a full-time member of The Field Church staff. Their primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Follow-up with all new & returning visitors
Keeping track of people in all areas of church involvement through detailed data management
Pursuing the right people for events such as New Attender’s Lunch and Membership Class, etc.
Leading & caring for the Hospitality Team, including Greeters, Ushers, Tour Guides, etc.
Building relationships with attenders and members, and connecting them to one another

Assistant to the Lead Pastor
The Field Church is seeking an organized and servant-hearted person to become the new Assistant to the Lead Pastor. This individual must be actively involved in The Field Church or another local body with sound doctrine, value the Word of God, and hold to theological beliefs which align with The Field Church. The ideal candidate is one who takes initiative, follows through, and executes administrative tasks with efficiency and excellence.
The new Assistant to the Lead Pastor will receive a salary as a member of The Field Church staff, however weekly hours are negotiable at the time of interview. Their primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Receiving vision & breaking it down into attainable steps
Preparing Meeting Agendas, presentations, course materials, etc.
Managing email inboxes & calendars
Supporting ongoing operational needs
Thinking & caring for the pastor on Sunday & throughout the week
