@The Field Church

We want to genuinely welcome you to The Field Church’s Student Ministry, Finders! We look forward to serving your student, your family, and you as an individual! Here at The Field Church we believe it is vital for parents to be the primary Discipler in their students’ lives, and we are excited about partnering with you, the parent, to invest in you and your student’s lives.

The Field Church’s Student Ministry seeks to glorify God by caring and teaching students His Word, facilitating growth in a student’s life, and doing so in a loving and safe environment. We want them to develop spiritually through the Gospel, grow emotionally, grow cognitively, and grow socially. We offer teaching experiences that are founded in God’s Word.

The MISSION of Finders is:

“Partnering with parents to help students joyfully make Jesus Christ their treasure!”

This statement really does govern all we do, from the games we play, to how we teach, and the family discipleship plan we provide.  We are dedicated to making sure that every student, parent, and visitor sees Jesus and is compelled to love Him, serve Him, and share Him more because of our influence.

The VISION of Finders is:

“A vibrant Student Ministry where youth are joyfully treasuring Jesus, genuinely loving each other, actively reaching the people in their “world” and around the world. It is where we are passionately equipping students to do the work of the ministry.”

This statement encompasses what we want to see in our church as a whole and especially in our ministry to students.

Our prayer for Finders is that which Paul had for Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:14-17:

“But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.  All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”
