Plan a Visit
We’re so happy that you’re considering a visit! Let us know you’re coming by filling out the form at the bottom of this page! The information found on this page might be helpful to you and your family as you prepare to worship with us. Sunday morning service begins promptly at 10am. We hope to see you soon!
What to expect
We believe that Scripture is the very Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20-21). You will see how this affects the way we worship. The lyrics of the songs we sing come from Scripture. Our preaching and teaching are based only in Scripture.
We want you to leave our service knowing what God’s Word says. Your understanding of God’s Word plays a crucial part in how you apply it and live your life. To help you understand God’s Word, we preach expositionally. This means that our preaching proceeds through entire books of the Bible (currently in The Gospel According to Luke), verse-by-verse, presenting and teaching Scripture as God intended for us to understand it.
We are friendly and hospitable! When you arrive you will be greeted with a warm welcome. Come a little early and enjoy a hot cup of coffee with us so that we can get to know you better. Our church is made up of people of all ages. We all love God and we want you to feel welcomed from the moment that you arrive!
We encourage you to dress appropriately for the act of worship. Just as you would dress appropriately for a wedding or another occasion, we want you to dress appropriately to worship the God of all creation. However, please do not allow your clothes to be an obstacle that keeps you from joining us in worship.
Children in first grade and above participate in our full worship service. Kindergarteners participate in the beginning portion of the worship then are released to be taught God’s Word in an age-appropriate context in a classroom. Younger children can be checked in before service begins and will be taught God’s Word in class during service.
